I want to express my heartfelt thanks to all those who gave of their love, support, prayers and care to Father Jim during his illness while he battled with his cancer. His doctors, nurses, caregivers, friends, family, extended family, Heart To Heart staff,parishioners, cancer buddies, community of those who prayed endlessly all deserve our praise and thanks!! I know that Jim is with us always- as my brother John shared at Jim's eulogy- May God bless all those sick and suffering. May our Blessed Mother surround all the sick and suffering with the grace to know that they are in God's loving arms always. You are in our daily prayers! Linda (Father Jim's sister)

I first became aware of Fr. Jim after attendng a retreat at the Jesuit Spiritual Center in Milford, OH. A copy of his book, Lessons from the School of Suffering, was placed in each room. Reading it had a major impact on me. Since that weekend, I have had the opportunity to share Fr. Jim's insights and journey with my cousin, an Episcopal priest, who was suffering from a very aggressive and terminal form of cancer. Fr. Jim is truly a gift for all of us on our journey.
